As head of the Lost Cascades Bicycle Club, Zach has been deeply involved in the club's premier event, The Crater Lake Century. This sell-out event showcases the best road riding opportunity in Oregon and brings in people from all over the globe. Now in its 13th year, the ride has raised over $100,000 for The Klamath-Lake County Food Bank, The Klamath County Museum and The Klamath Trails Alliance. This event is run strictly not for profit and tremendous support from over fifty volunteers and over a dozen local sponsors. And it's not just the wonderful community support that makes this event so great. The riders, hailing from as far as Europe sometimes, are all so friendly and grateful making the atmosphere enjoyable by all.
