This ride is mix of pavement and gravel.  This is a great ride to when you want the feeling of being remote without being too far from home.  From town we will climb up Round Lake Road and then take West Aspen Lake Road to N. Branch Road.  We will then head back to town on Weyerhauser Rd to Kern Swamp back onto Greensprings.

Although this ride is doable on a road bike; you will have a lot more fun on a bike with a tire width of 35mm or wider. 2-3 water bottles are recommended for this ride.

This is an intermediate-advance ride.  Expect steep climbs, loose terrain and rough roads.  We won’t be on roads easily accessible by automobiles so be prepared with a repair kit and multi tool.  If you must bail, please let someone else know.
